I had the opportunity to smoke an almost 7 years old tin of this. It was a great experience. The taste and overall smoke were very very pleasant. Addition of perique maybe has added a character to this blend but from my point of view it was not that much necessary. Anyway it was damn good in this way too..
It packs and burns fine, leaving a clean white ash. You get sorry when you finish each bowl, so smoke it as slow as possible.
